Peace and Wonder Yoga Retreat
February 8 – 22, 2014
Explore the depths of your yoga practice while experiencing the magic of India’s beloved paradise in the South: Kerala. Your 12-night unique yoga journey will be located at an idyllic village-style resort set on the Arabian Sea. Twice daily yoga and meditation will be held, along with optional day excursions to tour the beauty of the diverse geography, famed Backwaters, and captivating greenery for which Kerala is best well known.
Our home base stay will be in Varkala Beach, a beautiful area on the Malabar Coast that offers stunning sunsets and beaches with golden stretches of sand that are backed with cliffs from which mineral water springs forth! Personalized Ayurvedic Spa treatments and therapies, Energy work, Yoga Workshops and lots of free time to explore the beauty of life on the Arabian Sea or relax on the beach will support your rejuvenation in this warm, relaxing and healthy beach front environment.
We will dine on three delicious vegetarian meals at the resort each day, while overlooking the beauty of nature’s surroundings. Come and enjoy the splendor of living and learning amongst nature’s beauty with the ocean at your feet. This journey will take you deeper into your asanas, postures and meditative principles, while complimenting your learning with historical tours and exploring in and around Kerala. The Peace and Wonder Yoga Retreat’s combined offerings will direct the mind, body, and soul towards the ultimate rejuvenation and bliss. Do not miss this chance to immerse yourself into a Yoga and Ayurvedic paradise in amazing India!
